HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
-Our clothing is printed on demand. This means shipping dates may vary. Generally, orders process in 7-10 days.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
-We will send you an e-mail when your order has shipped. This e-mail will include a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take 3-4 days to update.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
-We are unable to change orders. However, if you email us at Info@intelligentspeciesapparel.com within 24 hours and production has not yet begun, we can cancel your order and we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order with your desired items.
WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?
-A confirmation e-mail should be received after you place an order.
-If you haven't received yours, check to see if the e-mail you provided was correct.
-Check your spam folder.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
-Since orders are made on demand, and we are a very small company, we do not accept returns. We do however accept one time exchanges within the first 30 days of your order arriving.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
-We currently only accept size exchanges.
-Exchanges must be shipped back within 30 days after your order arrives.
-Exchanged items may not be worn, or washed. They must include the invoice included in their original packaging.
-Since we are a very small company, you are responsible for the return shipping fees, however, we will cover the shipping fees for the new item.
-After mailing the item back, please e-mail a copy of your receipt and tracking number Info@intelligentspeciesapparel.com.
-As soon as we receive your returned item, we will place a new order for your desired size.
